I am in my twenties and have a lexus, the people there always look down on me and do not treat me with any respect. Every time I have gone to get my car serviced or the recalls done...which is all the time...because Lexus is made by Toyota they argue with me as though I have no idea what I am talking about. LANA TRAN the sales consultant had me drive across town in rush hour with my 1 year old to look at a car that they didn't even have, and didn't even apologize. We spoke to a manager about the situation, to find out Lana had been lying to us all day
