Jimmy?s is like Cheers? they know your name, even regulars know each other and look forward to meeting several times a week. I know because my husband and I have been regulars since November, 1996 going there almost nightly. We loved the staff and the food. But lately every time you go in it is a new waitress. Not good! We hardly go any more for one major reason? you are eating and the guys mop the floor. This is with a smelly mop enough to alert my allergies and not appetizing. After telling the owners 4 times, we have limited our 7 X to once a week. Apparently they don?t care for the business of customers who have been ?14 + years as regulars?!!!! In this economy can any business afford to run away customers?
