I brought an expensive silk dress into hampden cleaners to be dry cleaned after my brothers wedding. I got my dress back and it had an inch long ink mark on my dress. I took the dress back and they said they would see what they could do. They couldn't get it out and the owner refused to take responsibility for the ink mark and said he would only refund the service fee. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never go there again! I have reported them to the BBB.
