I would like to tell you about my recent experience in your location (Woodman & Roscoe) which involves Cesar Martinez. I am a firm believer that when customer service meets or exceeds expectations, employees should be acknowledged and recognized for their level of commitment. This is the case of the representative I previously mentioned. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for the past few years. I left because of a previous issue I had with another representative at a different location. I returned to State Farm after talking to Cesar and seeing how much he cared for my business by giving me all the options available to me. I recently encountered a problem with my vehicle being stolen and went into the location to address the problem. Cesar listened to my concerns, researched information, provided me with an actual solution to the problem and made it his goal to restore my trust in your company. In my opinion, Mr. Martinez displays very good leadership qualities and I hope you give him the recognition he deserves! Cesar always greets me and my family with a professional and personable demeanor and is always my first point of contact with any questions I may have in regards to my policy. I really appreciated his efforts in trying to actually ensure I understand the process and what steps I needed to take. I thought you should know about my positive experience in your location due to the efforts of Cesar Martinez! Please make sure he gets the recognition that he truly deserves!
