Horrible service. I spoke to a guy named John. He told me he'd have a car for me and help me out for my sister's birthday. When I called back (just as he told me to) I was told that they no longer had a car. The guy literally hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I was not rude to John at all. Also, they had pricing listed for $80 on the website and were trying to charge me more after I had already been told that I could get it for 80. They still wanted to charge me $125. Then John said that he could ""help me out"" by getting it for me for $100. This made me think he was being nice and getting me what I needed. Turned out to be the opposite. He was rude on the phone and they do not treat customers with respect. NOT RECOMMENDED! more
