Incorrect filing of dental claims it is ussually a problem with the patient not providing updated information at the appointment time.I've never had a problem with any claim sent by Dr. Sickles' staff. Sending out a ""bill"" with""insurance pending"" is common place for all dental offices. They have always helped me with any questions regarding my coverage and filed predeterminations of coverage regarding the 2 crowns I had done recently. They also allowed me to make payments on the balance I owed after the insurance paid. I know that the front office staff is new as of last fall ..........maybe since you liked the dentist you should re-think your review! I trust Dr. Sickles to give me the care he always has provided for my family for years.
