If you have a choice, choose a different utility company. From the start of our business relationship, Inline has had shoddy customer service. Their one receptionist seems to never have a clue what is going on, and their ""estimated time of service"" is off by several hours. When called to be reminded that we had an appointment for service connection, she was irritated that we had called, though the truck was several hours overdue. Now when we have had a problem during business hours, we were told that they may get to it around noon tomorrow. This is a company that apparently does not give a hoot about their business image, but thankfully has a captive business audience. more
