OMG what an incredible selection in a small shop! The cheeses are so perfect the Wasik family won't let you buy it unless it is ripened to perfection. Gone is the rock hard Brie or Camenbert you have to leave out for a day to ripen. Cheddar, name you brand they have it. Blue cheese, creamy and delicious. Plus they have year round and seasonal assortments of gourmet goods. Try the custom-made cakes... They are to die for.
