We recently purchased a foreclosed home that had to have some additional work done to it before it could be approved for an FHA loan. The listing agent contracted the work out to this company. When we finally got to check out the work done (siding put on the garage, ""painting"" in the basement, as well as putting paneling in the basement shower), we were extremely disappointed.
Not only did this add $2000 onto the purchase price of our home, but the work on the paneling was so sloppy, the caulking could have done better by someone who had never done it before. The siding on the garage only truly included 3 sides of the garage, not all 4 as we were expecting when we signed the contract to add the additional money. In addition to this, we actually found clumps of cigarette ashes inside our home on the stairs leading up to the upper level (where there was NO work to be done).
Since we didn't get to see any other this until after we signed our closing paperwork, there's really nothing we can do about it anymore, but I won't be recommending this company to anyone if they need work done.
