The grounds are kept clean, the staff is nice and you can't beat the location. I work right across the river on the eastside, so finding a good place to live was a nightmare. I like the Forest Heights neighborhood, there is a young professional crowd here, but also a great mix of people from all backgrounds. It's a pleasant place to live and I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live on the westside of portland.
