After living her for 4 months with a large dog, I have decided to renew my lease for another year (initally only got 6 months lease). I find the staff very helpful and they understand that I have a dog, so if I have to have someone come into my apartment to fix something, they are willing to work with me about when they come in so I dont have to worry about my dog getting out. Also, I had problems with my heater not working at the beginning of December and the maintenance man was amazing- he came over as soon as I called and when I was out of town for a few days, he checked up on the heater to make sure it was working and wasnt cold when I got back (I gave him permission to do that, he didnt just invite himself in). Overall, the maintenance is really helfpul and really quick generally within same hour/ or same time a day as you call. They have laundry facility on site (and hook ups in apartment I just dont have a set) and the washers/dryers always work, Ive had no problems. Most importantly to me, there is ample room to walk my dog, people are really friendly, plenty of parking, and its quiet!
