Lady Victorian is an incredible shop. Every time I go to the OBX (several times a year) I make it a point to stop in. I am never disappointed! There are always incredible bargains to be had and an awesome variety of clothing , jewelry and accessories. This shop has clothes that I am able to wear in a professional setting as well as take with me on a vacation. And the owner (Billie) has an amazing sense of style--she'll find clothes for you that you never would have tried and you'll feel and look beautiful in them.
