I've been a member of Seung-Ni fit classes for about 5 years and I am hooked on fitness!! My family wants to hold an intervention :) I have gained so much strength with the body sculpt class. I think back to starting out with 3-5 lb weights and feeling like I wasn't going to make it, now I use anywhere between 8-15 lb weights! And if you are looking for a cardio work out - then ZUMBA is it!! It's like a party every week!!
