My wife and I just brought home our car that we purchased from Doug at Viva Las Vegas Autos, and we couldn't be happier. From the first contact via email, through the last handshake and goodbye as I drove our car home from his showroom, Doug has been nothing but polite, professional, and a true pleasure to work with. He picked me up from the airport on a Saturday morning to accommodate our busy work schedule, even though he is closed on Saturdays. In my book, that truly is top notch customer service!
In my experience, internet based dealers like to leave out photos of flaws or negative aspects of the vehicles that they are selling. Doug not only takes well over 100 HD photos of the vehicle, but also posts an HD video of the car. He has nothing to hide, and has 100% confidence in the cars that he acquires for sale. The only reason my wife and I even decided to look into purchasing a car without seeing it in person was because we felt completely confident with all the information, photos and video that Doug posts for the vehicles.
I drove through three states, totaling over 1300 miles to get our car home, and I'd definitely do it again when we buy our next car from Doug.
