I went in and had a check up for my cat, come to find out he had ear mites so I told them to clean them out and give him meds to get rid of them. Well, come to find out 3 days later he was still itching and his ears were bothering him so I called and said I needed to bring him in to get his ears checked. THey told me I would have to pay more for them to look at them. Wasnt this THEIR mistake????? Why would I have to pay for something that THEY didnt do right???? I argued with them over it and finally told them I will NEVER bring my animals in again and will relay the message to everyone I know so they wont bring in biusiness either!
