My mother was there for 2 weeks and was over medicated, had a dislocated shoulder, dehrdrated and malnourished. Yes 2 weeks and she came home to Texas and was on Hospice for 4 days and died Nov., 4 2919. She was 70 years old and had alot of life left in her. This place is horrible. Lies and a bunch of BS from them all. They are COWARDS and will not even call and tell me what the hell they did to her to dislocate the shoulder. Nick Guilory and Jason Reed are COWARDS and should be shut down, May you ROT in hell the both of you!!!
