I hired this guy MANY years ago and have been very unhappy. It has taken me a long time to write this review mainly because I just thought about it. The work was very sub-par in my opinion. 1. There were a couple of cuts in the new flooring where an old blade was used. This caused the wood to ""splinter"" on the end making it look crummy and not butting up to the fireplace corrctly. Had I known at the time, I would have made him replace it. 2. He was going to put in the drop in wood floor vents but simply bought the kind you place on top of the floor. I know this is poor work because i just had my office done and this job was done correctly. 3. Where wood met other wood, he left gaps that were just too big and look horrible. Nice guy if I remember correctly and cheap but now I know why. Stay away.
