They are very unprofessional, both to their customers and other business people (if they can even call themselves business people!) Never had someone so rude from the onset of a phone call before. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from them under any circumstances. With so many reputable dealerships in the Glen Burnie area....why would you waste your time with them??
