We've eaten at a couple dozen Thai restaurants in Chicago, and still keep coming back to PS Bangkok as the best. Particularly tasty are: steamed dumplings (with rice flour wrapping--so good that the set of 4 will seem too few for 2 people); the fish cakes (Tod Mun); the Nam Sod (with pork--served room temp. and spicy); the Pad Thai with chicken; the Panang curry with beef; the ""pungent"" dish with pork (ginger, black mushrooms & scallions); and the sticky rice with mango for dessert. Prices aren't the lowest in town, but they ain't the highest either. Dinner for 2 with 2 appetizers, 2 main dishes, 1 shared dessert and 2 drinks will come to around $40 (plus tax and tip). Decor is attractive traditional Thai, and the owner is super friendly.
