I called a couple weeks ahead of time to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses. My mom had taken off work to go with me, and when we arrived they said they had no record of my appointment. When I insisted I made one and relayed the exact conversation I had with the girl on the phone, they told me they had several other brides walk in so I would have to wait about 30 minutes before I could try on dresses. This was my first time ever trying on dresses so needless to say they ruined what should have been a great experience. When I finally got a fitting room, the sales lady never asked me my budget and let me try on dresses that were way out of our price range. Also- she was trying to juggle 2-3 other brides at the same time, so was constantly running in and out of our room. Needless to say, we didn't buy a dress there.
