I have been doing yoga for about 4 years. But, my yoga practice has recently started grow now that it is at least a 4 day per week.
I also run or spin. Yoga is my favorite form of exercise because of the mind, body, spirit integration. Over the past 2 months, I have been working on Sheila's foundation hatha yoga series. Yoga makes me feel better and full of energy. I am so happy I have a place to practice yoga now, as I have been waiting for a real yoga studio in St George for fours years. I have brought several of my friends in and they love it too. Highly recommended.
