I just wanted to write and Thank You for taking the time to help plan a wonderful family vacation for our family. We had everything we needed for a week away in the Paradise island, Bahamas and enjoyed ourselves with everything that was set up in Atlantis hotel in royal tower for us. We were also upgraded to a beach view room upon arrival and know that you put in a request for that. The aquarium and the dig were very nice and interesting. The river ride and water slides were great too. What we did was go to the pool in the morning, then early afternoon, do the river/slides for an hour or so and then back to the pool.
The waterpark is free if you stay at the resort. The water slides were terrific. I'm 45 and loved them. There are at least a dozen pools to relax around. Just walking through the property is nice.
The aquariums are also free and very good - we enjoyed seeing them all. They have a free movie theatre, where you can watch fairly recent releases. The food is good and there is lots of shopping from not too expensive to very expensive. The casino is very nice and similar to what you will see in Vegas - I was surprised at how big it was. It was slow during the day, but packed at night - everyone seemed to be having fun.
We did the dolphin shallow water experience and really enjoyed it. When we went, the resort had a 2-for-1 special which made it more affordable. My wife tried the spa and enjoyed it too. There were no lines or waiting.Hotel was amazing. Staff was amazing.Food and drink was good.
