On 12/31/10, in the afternoon, while getting our act together to leave for Florida on 01/04/11, we found that the sewer drain had backed up into the basement. We were planning on going out for New Years Eve which complicated EVERYTHING. The technician arrived at 5:00 p.m. (Invoice No. 16055759) and looked at the problem (tree roots in the lines). He explained exactly what could be done then and to try to eliminate problems in the future. It only took him about 1 hour to clear the line and we were then able to take showers and get ready to celebrate the New Year. We were so thankful for his knowledge and help! What a blessing! We were able to enjoy our evening without concern. It also helped relieve our minds as to our coming trip. We won't be coming home to disaster. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
