Tom, the Owner Operator of Rocket Garage Door is Very competitively priced and will work with your schedule any day of the week at any time. He maintains a very high level of Customer Service not seen very often these days. He is fast, professional and very knowledgeable.
This One-Man Show has a fully self contained mobile shop and was able to repair the broken spring, upgrade my rollers and service the motor unit in under an hour. I didn?t know how noisy the door was all these years, until he was done with the repair and upgrades and hit the button for the first time. Man, what a difference quality parts make!

I have a couple of bird dogs that live outside in 16 foot runs. Tom liked my dogs and was playing with Anja and Abby when he noted I had an old 18 foot section of garage door over half the run. I told him I use it for shade and asked him if he ever got any old sections, if he could call me and I would pick them up and add them to the top of the run. He said sure, he gets them all the time. A few days later I found a couple of 18 foot sections sitting out side my gate. Tom actually remembered me and my dogs and used his valuable time to drop them off at my house.
