Lens Lab Express needs to do a better job hiring people who has no customer service skill set nor any listening capabilities. My experience there was horrible reason in Sept. 2010 i went in to purchase glasses for my daughter who's 5 once i make the purchase they told me they will give me a call when it will be ready(Please keep in mind this happened on a Friday) 1 week pasted still no call until i had to pick up the phone and inquire on the status which i was told it's here, when i went the next day to pick up the glasses they said that they did not have the case for it(Hanna Montana case) but will call me in a few days because a shipment will arrive. Still waiting for the call because right now this is Jan. 14th 2011 and still no Hanna Montana case nor did anyone call. I went on several occasion to inquire about the case and each time the story changes, just the other day which was Jan. 10th Monday i went back again which i was told again that a new shipment was coming, after that the old ghetto woman who works in there has her nerve to say to me that sometimes when you want a particular color just like in the car dealership there's a wait so in essence the non educated BITCH is comparing your company to a car dealership. Now tacky is that? I have never heard something so absurd in my life time and these are the people you hire to run your business. Word of advice DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENS LAD EXPRESS ESP. THE ONE LOCATED @ 1998 BRUCKNER BLVD, BX, NY 10473. EVERYONE IN THAT STORE SHOULD BE FIRED. CAUTION KEEP OUT. more
