I too had a very bad experience with Harold's Appliance Service. The owner would not take one ounce of resposibility for what her employees had told me. I was told my dishwasher would be under warranty until it was fixed since the repairs started while under warranty. Not until AFTER the repair man did what he did on the 3rd visit, was I told I had to pay for this call. They had already closed the job ending the warranty. She would only say there was miscommunication. I am being charged for this call and even though the repair man found an error code, I am not being given any information on it. I asked the repair man and also the owner and neither of them will give me an answer. I still have a not properly working dishwasher and unlike them am honest so will pay them. But what am I paying for???? And to make it worse, we had to endure the very strong terrible smell of cigarettes in our home the whole time the repair man was here. The owner didn't care about that either. The receptionists were nice but after that the customer service and the end result of working with Harold's was very unnerving. Customer service skills? Communication? Taking any reponsibility? Good service? Friendly? Non of these exist with them. So if you use them be prepared to pay to get nothing. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
