I had a problem with my water heater, called the manufacturer and they mentioned Harold's Plumbing as their contractor for them. I had to initially call them, just to make sure they did get the order. Then took around 5 hours for them to call back. Finally came to the house, fixed initially what he believed was the problem, later to find out it was another part. He did not have the part with him, had to leave and then come back, and they still charge for the entire time he had to leave for supplies he did not have. Dont know if I would recommend them.
