Knocked over Plant! A professional carpet cleaner was dispatched to clean up the spilt dirt, and that area came totally clean. Customer was very happy, because in addition to the dirt area, a few other spots were cleaned, at no charge. Phone calls were returned, some times several times a day. We did not originally install this carpet, but were only called upon to do a restretch, which our installer did not feel would hold, due to the poor condition of the carpet.
