This was a great experience. I was nervous about wedding dress shopping because I don't like to shop and don't like salespeople. Blush Bridal was the opposite of what I was expecting. Amanda was great--she kept a distance behind us while we browsed the store, so much so that I didn't even know she was there, but she could repeat back to me almost verbatim comments I had made about dresses and paid close attention to what I wanted and didn't want. She was so great that the dress she picked out for me, based on what I liked but not something I picked for myself (she called it my Wild Card dress) is actually the dress I ended up loving after visiting 5 other shops in Austin. At all 5 other places, the customer service and attention and professionalism was unparalleled by what we received at Blush. They even squeezed me back in at the end of the day on Saturday to try on the dress I loved, and the owner gave me great attention as I decided that was certainly the dress I wanted. They knew exactly when to leave us alone to discuss things, but when to offer their guidance and knowledge based on many years experience. Could not have been happier!!
