Allen & Son have poorly trained technicians especially when it comes to Refrigerators. I have a problem with my 3 year old GE Refrigerator that after 3 visits the technicians could NOT diagnosis the problem and how to fix it. They also do not tell the truth; my wife was told that they had the parts for the repair and when the technician showed up, he only came with a "tool bag" and fixed nothing. I told him to call his company, to find out about the parts, instead he left without saying a word. Be aware, if you do not have a warranty, they will up sell you for services and parts you do not require. That's how they are able to charge only $29 for the service call. They make up the difference by taking advantage of their customers for services and parts you don't need. Also, they are not very timely, they always run late for their appointments. And their management will not call you back, even if you leave them a message. Very poorly run company from what I can see!
