Third time really is a charm! I have been to 2 other vet hospitals over the last 6 years with my baby Bella. All Creatures Animal Hospital is my third and final. Finding a place to take care of your children (i like to say children because to me, they are as important) is like finding a spouse. It has to be a perfect match. After finally finding Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff I can trust people to take care of my Bella. I believe customer service is #1 to keeping patients, and this staff has been so caring and compassionate. I do not feel anxiety leaving Bella there because they seem to care for her as much as if she was theirs. Dr. Garlinghouse is very honest and does not push you to do unnessary things like other big branch hospitals do. I was also pleasantly surprised in the cost of treatment (Bella had knee surgery). It is very well priced-and when you get the bill there isn't the "and the blood work is another 100, and the medications are another 75..." Its all in one, and was even a bit less than I was originally quoted. I am an over the top, spoil my dog kind of person-she never is alone for more than 3 hours without someone, i hand my dog her kibble 3 at a time, she gets toted around in a pet stroller and stays with her Papa from 9-5 while I work. So take my advise if you love your babies as much as I love mia Bella...
