I arrived on-time for my cat's annual exam, and then waited. And waited. And waited. There was only one other person in the waiting room, and at least half a dozen staff members in the back, telling stories about vacation, talking about what's for lunch, and just kinda hanging out. There was no acknowledgment that I had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes when I was finally called back to the exam room. more
