I am extremely unhappy with my treatment in your office today. I came in with an abcessed tooth, in extreme pain. I had a 1:30 "appointment". I was left in that dental chair for 2 hours in pain and the only treatment you offered was a Motrin and a cold pack. The problem had been identified and the least you could have done was to give me a novacaine shot while I waited for my root canal. Instead, I'm left in the chair, in tears, to suffer. I was told by one receptionist that I could pay 2/3 of the bill. The second receptionist demanded in a very snippy manner that I had to prepay the entire amount. I want to know what you intend to do to mitigate any further pain you cause as you finish this procedure. I have NEVER been treated by a medical professional in this fashion.
