Recently I went to Sleek for a surgical consultation. Going in for the meeting I had in my head that being in a medical setting it was going to be a very impersonal, cut and dry experience. Not what I expected at all! From the second I walked in I was made to feel extremely comfortable. The women at the front desk area introduced themselves while immediately offering me a cup of coffee to warm up from the cold outside. After, the consultant walked me down to a room that had a nice, cozy feel to it. The consultant was very compassionate to my concerns and 'listened' to me- even talking about her own areas of insecurity making me feel more at ease. She was extremely approachable and didn't make me feel pressured into anything. It was more of a conversation than a sales pitch. Since putting down my deposit for the surgery, that same consultant has followed up with me twice reassuring me that she will be there for me throughout this process and to contact her with any questions or concerns I may have. Very pleased with the overall experience so far!!!
