Their one year trade-in policy is complete BS. I was told there were no limitations, but when I tried to use it I was suddenly told that there were limitations to what I could trade up to, and you must pay the much higher full price (not their advertised price) on what you are trying to tade to. VERY DECEPTIVE.
Not all but many of their service and parts people are very rude. Herb in parts seems to take pleasure in making you feel stupid and an inconvenience. I will never buy anything there again.
