Complete courtesy and professionalism from the moment I entered. This is a bright, new facility, and the staff all seem to reflect that. The service writer asked questions to ensure that he understood my concerns. I waited in the comfortable waiting area (even the coffee was good!), and I received periodic updates during my stay. When the service was complete,everything was explained to me, including recommendations for future service items. Kudos to all!
