I decided to run my dishwasher before I went in for Chemo. Twenty minutes later water was all over the floor. The pipe from the sink to the garbage disposal to the dishwasher broke. I called Roto-Rooter based solely on their reputation, not any referral from a friend. They arranged to come by that afternoon. I went to the Cancer Center, had chemo, got back to my house and there was Jeff (Tech #794).
He was courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived just when he said he would. The job was done quickly. He also addressed a couple other problems I had. He shared information with me on future problems I may run into so I can keep an eye out since my house is 15 years old when lots of repairs are needed.
Cancer doesn't allow you to spend extra time and energy on things... Thankfully I didn't have to once I called them! If you need a plumber in Raleigh, feel confident that they will get the job done correctly. One less worry for me.
