I was looking for a new energy saving furnace and water tank for our new home in Oak Park .I had four estimates and had a list of questions on what and who I wanted .I was surprised how down and dirty the Heating and Cooling companies can be to each other .I had 3 of the companies bash the company I decided to go with they said no good check the BBB that they had a lot of complaints I checked and the BBB gave them a grade of A + .The next thing they said was that they changed the name of the company etc well I work for the state of IL and I looked them up no name changes no bankruptcy .I was just amazed by the stories that I was told and the fact that they would think that I would just be stupid enough to just take their word and not reaserch it was a insult .I thru out the quotes from those 3 places and it was down to Four Seasons Heating and Polar heating the man from Four Seasons just did a better job then Elmer from polar when it came time to explain the system Elmer was a better sales guy but Four Seasons man Dave had more experience .The price from Four Seasons was higher but I was more comfortable with them .The install went perfect no issues and the service so far has been great .
