Terrible, terrible, terrible. They are never in their office and only open if a new --unsuspecting-- patient has booked an appointment. My glasses were never ready when promised -- multiple delays were blamed on everything you can imagine. You never get a real person when you call, only voice mail and that is often full -- so you can't even leave a message!
Their office is in a tiny industrial-park strip mall north of Cool Springs mall. I should have known better when I saw the place but they were listed on my insurance provider list. If I can save one person the headaches they have given me, then this well-earned negative review was worth my time.
Next time I'll check a doctor's online reviews and the Better Business Bureau first and not trust the insurance company listing.
