We love sweet tomatoes and maybe we eat over there paying cash and times our debit card...maybe in a month we eat there thrice or twice a week
Last week we went there to eat and I asked the cashier I could hardly eat this time but my husband loves to eat here I want to accompany him..I asked her I will eat very little because I am having acid reflux and will just eat soup, potato and a little amount of bread...she let me go and charged me for kids price (I am a senior citizen) .
.today we went there again after a week and there was this manager well groomed and the casheir asked him the same favor I am asking..I can't eat until I am well diagnosed by the doctor...and he turned me down..where is your consideration when in fact when we eat there most of the time you benefit from me a lot of times because i am not a big eater I go back in the line once and that is it...we love the environment of course the food and my husband really loves your restaurant...how much am I saving from senor to kids price not much but just the principle behind it that I am asking this favor what hurts me was when the manager said " if you have problem so eat what u can but we charge u the same amount " that is a turn off so I will take out this restaurant for good and spread the words to all my friends how rude your manager can be...
I understand your policy but this is not something I will do as an excuse to save money..... you have to have some consideration when it is necessary to keep your consumer comes back...this is not something it happens everyday at your restaurant and loosing us you loose a lot more than what u want to save me for a dollar or two...
