I recently was had some furnace problems so I did what most everyone would do when they are experiencing a problem, call someone to fix it. I had recently visited The Cannery Center boutique just over in North Ogden. While I was there I noticed that Utah Air was in the same building so I decided to use them for my service. When I first contacted Utah Air they were very kind to me over the phone, and tried to help me resolve the problem. But we came to the conclusion that I needed a technician to come out and look at my furnace.
When he arrived he was respectful to me and my home. I showed him where the furnace was. He pulled off the doors and did a few routine checks, one being check my filters. He then asked me when the last time I cleaned them was. I honestly could not remember and that is what I told him. So he took the filters outside and cleaned them for me, put everything back in order and it was fixed. I then received the $90 bill for the tech to visit. Even though it was a simple fix I easily could have done, I understand the gas and time that went into the bill and I was happy to pay.
Over all it was a good experience star to finish, everything went smoothly and interactions with the company was A+. I would recommend Utah Air for any HVAC service. I know I will be using them when needed.
