After thinking I had a location to have my wedding reception, because i was told by both the manager and the event planner that my date was available, over a 3 week time period of me contacting them, not them contacting me as I was told would be the case, and not getting any notification personally that it had changed, you could imagine my surprise that an email sent to my matron of honor said it was not available after all. I immediately called and was told that there was miscommunication on their part and there was nothing they could do. Thank you for allowing my matron of honor to waste 4 hours of her day, and your personal touch. NEVER WILL I PATRON YOUR RESTAURANT, NOR ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
