I completely agree with Robot bobo - these people should not be allowed to be in service business: they are not doing their job right, they do not listen to you thinking that the whole world is revolving around them, they feel free to hang up in the middle of the phone conversation. You are nothing to them, just the means of getting their buck. I think they deserve a boycott that hopefully will push them out of business. I would recommend you to use other similar companies instead - they do treat customers in the right manner.
