Especially for women.....Nana Thai Bodywork is a great place for a quality massage in the South Bay. Safe, quiet, clean with very nice decor...I feel very welcome and relaxed from the time I walk through the door until I finish the tea and snack they give me after the end of the session.
The big fancy spas are expensive...the smaller shops are less money but usually are a bit seedy, Nana Thai is just right for my needs.... priced fairly with very competent trained therapists.
Thai body therapy is truly just that.......a combination of pressure and stretching that loosens your muscles and helps to align your body. It is the ultimate stress buster for me and after an especially tough day or during or after a work week I look forward to a 1 or 1 1/2 hour session.
As I said, Nana Thai is clean (# 1 in importance to me)......and the experience so far has been outstanding.
