I have a rescue poodle and the poor thing looked so bad when i brought him in.He is only about six pounds and missing hair in places. When I picked him up he was beautiful.
I took him to other groomers and was very disappointed, he smelled better when I droped him off than when I picked him up. Probably not cleaning their brushes and other equipment.
The staff at Petsmart are very knowledgeable and I will continue to shop their and use their grooming department.
