Although I love Aveda products, the staff is friendly and the salon is cutting edge my experience with Chole Black was not the quality stylist I expected from an Aveda Salon. I was a client for a little over a year. Chole gave me a great cut and after a year she finally nailed the color but every time I left the salon I had to go home and wash my hair and style it myself before I went out in public. I spoke to Chole about it repeatedly but she was not open to me showing her how I liked my hair styled. Unfortunately, I did not leave the salon one time where I was totally satisfied with my hair. To develop into a top stylist Chole needs to learn to listen to her clients.
