During my tenure of being insured with her I have always had a problem getting a call back. I had a homeowners claim this week and must have left a half dozen voicemails for a call back. I should have seen the signs of this and switched to another state farm agent prior.
I have written a couple reviews on this agent, to make as many people as I can aware. Sorry if you have seen another one.
