The sentencing to home detention of Pepperdine soccer player Tabetha Garibay Hoult for robbing a Westlake Village bank. The sentencing of Pepperdine Accounting Professor Joseph V. Nash to 11 years in prison for bank fraud and other accounting tricks (LAT). There are also stories about a pepperdine instructors being fired and manipulating test scores (The Graphic).
