I had back surgery almost 2 years ago for scoliosis. It was a very slow recovery, but everything went great. About 6 months ago, i started having severe sciatic pain due to this surgery. The only thing that would ease my pain was Motrin. I was taking way more than what was recommended and realized that this cannot be good. I was referred to Dr. Swanson for acupuncture and was a little hesistant at first. After the 2nd week of treatment, i was cured. I have had no pain in over a month now. I recently went skiing and i just knew that this sort of exercise would flare up the pain again. I couldn't believe that i had NO pain what so ever. I swear it was the acupuncture that really helped me. Dr. Swanson is the best!!
