I recently moved here from NJ and was recommended Capello's by my builder. Horrible experience from the beginning. I waited over a half hour for my stylist and when he did come up front he proceeded to chat with the receptionist for another 5-10 minutes as if I wasn't even there waiting! NO apology either! Here comes the best part.... he tells me he doesn't have time to do color and cut or I can have both but have to leave with a wet head! Not making this up!! I was shocked as I was ON TIME. I had to have my hair dried as I was going somewhere afterwards. He rushed through everything and I paid a small fortune. Made me feel like he was doing me a favor or something. Terrible service. I should have said something but was in shock. I now go to Jackie at Salon Concepts, so much cheaper and she is wonderful!! Can't believe this place is still in business.
